In December 1974, The New York Times reported that the CIA had conducted illegal domestic activities, including experiments on U.S. Children, during the 1960s. That report prompted investigations by both the U.S. Congress and a presidential commission into the domestic activities of the CIA, the FBI, and intelligence-related agencies of the military.
Until that time MK Ultra Project was considered as "Just Another Conspiracy Theory". In fact most people today are not even aware about the official inquiries above so that they still think it's just crazy stories invented by creative minds authors and children. This is really sad that the People themselves cover up the story by their own ignorance and add to the suffering of the victims by disbelieving their genuine story.
If after these revelations, some people still stay silent and continue to make denials, then this may explain why some Germans still make denials of the Holocaust: they just can't believe that their own government was acting as evil. In fact the MK Ultra Project is one degree above the Abu Grabi or even the Holocaust because at least Gov can pretend it was against ennemies. But there's no pretext to consider US Citizens who were Children of 4 to 7 years old as such ennemies.
If some people really respect democracy they have the duty to spread the words to make these stories known to prevent what risk to happen in the future: the extension of the scale of these experiments to the Global World. And it is not science fiction it is written in black ink by Brzezinski the National Security Advsisor of Bush and Rockefeller, the same who crafted the Plan of Irak Attack even before 9/11 (see this excerpt of his book "The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Imperatives"). So his plan for Mind Control Program over the World should also be taken seriously as he said in his book "Between Two Ages":
It is possible--and TEMPTING--to exploit, for strategic-political purposes, the fruits of research on the brain and on human behavior. ...Accurately timed, artificially excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the earth.

Following up on my previous discussion with you, I wish to give you authorization to access any records pertaining to the obstructions I have experienced in myefforts to get in touch with my daughter and my concerns for her health and well-being at the hands of various government agencies and authorities.
This, also, is to enable you to obtain records regarding the various medical experimentations carried out on Anna from infancy in New York City’s St.Vincent’s and Flower Fifth Avenue hospitals and her treatment by the New York Family Court in Suffolk County, Long Island.
This authorization is not limited to the above but to any pertinent background material including that of harmed and murdered family members. (Their stories are unbelievable).
Born: Anna Bertin May 5, 1975 at St. Vincent’s Hospital, NYC.
Kept in Hospital incubator for several weeks and denied food – claiming she could not eat – this was not true – a nurse rushed to stop me when I was feeding her. This is one method that the medical profession uses to stunt growth and cause impairment.
About age 1 year, Dr. Michele, Head of Orthopedics at Flower Fifth Hospital, NYC deliberately put casts on her legs to cause damage to the hip, knee and feet.
Elsewhere, I mention how she was harassed and terrorized at all the schools she attended by both teachers and classmates. Neighbors killed her pet cats and stole her bicycle from the driveway.
I am also concerned about brainwashing and mind-control methods used on her by the CIA and their agents, and their ability to induce other parties and organizations, such as police, doctors, neighbors, classmates, etc. to terrorize her and to impair her health and wellbeing. I know Anna is under their control here in Pasadena. I now realize the monitoring and spying explains the bizarre disruptions to our lives which occurred in our home and neighborhood at 162 Pawnee Street, Ronkonkoma, Long Island. They video-taped us in our home and elsewhere and put it on the Internet.
There were other attempts on Anna’s life, e.g. at age 10, she was put on a bicycle without brakes on a very steep hill. When she reported her accident to her “charming” classmates, their retort was “I wished you had died”. Incidentally, the doctor where I was working, was smirking – clearly, everyone was “in” on it. (Indeed, that is the pattern).
When she was at school at St. Bede’s, Eastboune, England, she was made to go around
and around the swimming pool until she turned blue. (CIA inter alia seeking to impair her health, heart and shorten her life).
Similarly, when she went to work at a horse farm in Ireland, she was put on a polo pony and sent out onto the wide-open Curragh. Her riding skills were in no way ready for this kind of horse. The owners of the farm were the daughter and son-in-law of Charlie Haughey, ex-Taoiseach and Ireland’s lead politician.

January 20, 2008 - GLENDALE ADVENTIST HOSPITAL - kidnapped from my car at 8.30 a.m. on Ramona St. by Pasadena police, when I went to report to them that rocks were thrown at my car, breaking the windshield. I was not given any accident report.
Because of their ability to knock me out, I am at their mercy until the following midnight.
June 11, 2008 – Grabbed and manhandled by Officers Klotz and Padilla on Bellevue St. at 7.30 a.m. as I waited for Raymond Ave. Storage to open – sustaining permanent injuries to my right elbow. The blanket permission from the “TOP GUNS” has such wide application that these two were free, on their own volition, to make the decision to whisk me off to HUNTINGTON
Later in the evening, I was sent to DEL AMO HOSPITAL, TORRANCE for two weeks to be terrorized and threatened and abused.
October 26, 2008: Abducted from Saga Motel by Klotz and Padilla, where I had gone to make overseas phone-calls.
November 28, 2008: Kidnapped from my car on Bellevue –outside Private School and violated for next 12 hours.
They also violated my person and privacy and stole from bank accounts and credit cards and ransacked my apartment on numerous occasions, throwing food and belongings around.
And ran up MEDICAL CHARGES of about $50,000.00 ruining my credit history which previously had been excellent.
Previously, my intellectual property and home and furniture and personal belongings were taken.
It was hazardous for us to go near a doctor or dentist, or optician.
In 1973, I had Local 1199 health coverage, but could not get their dentist to look in my mouth.
(Incidentally, I had my FIRST filling at age 28). I now have about 6 teeth left.
See my experience at Western Dental, Los Robles and Villa in 2005 – a perfectly good filling was removed so that opportunity was provided to introduce staphylococcus infection in order to cause Rheumatic heart disease. At each visit, I would find that my records were mislaid because the name was spelled by any number of variations e.g. Melhem, Muller. etc.
I have never had regular dental treatment.

and USC School of Dentistry – 2004 -2005 - Drs Amid and Kharzeii – the latter told me that I would not need implants because they would not let me live that long.

Among the things done to me were the following: Blood pressure raised to 220/120 from an ideal 100/60, causing pressure headaches and making it difficult to get relief, least of all from lying down.
Complete atrophy of muscles so that getting from sitting to standing position can only be done by pulling myself up with hands.
Also, caused the skin to become very dry and wrinkled.
Acute gastro-intestinal and urinary tract disruptions lasting 18 months.
I had to have various braces and supports for the knee joints and have difficulty walking.
Also, difficulty sleeping because of the elevated blood pressure
Destruction of retina of my right eye so that I have no central vision. (I was and am followed around continuously by doctors one of whom, (I call Dr. “Emu” Mengele) in Borders Book Store on May 16, 2009 told me that he was evaluating my ability to focus.
He, also, said they would let me live a bit longer because since they had failed to get me to return to Ireland where it would have been easy to do.
June 16, 2009, I went to Lens Crafters, Paseo Colorado to have a retinal scan done but Dr. Grace Song refused to give me a copy properly annotated with name and date.
Lens Crafters, too, modified my name to Mulhem, despite my having used a capital “R” on the info. form.

MOST RECENT KIDNAPPING –May 6, 2010 from outside CVS Pharmacy, Arroyo Parkway, Pasadena. I recognized that a receipt for Wine had been planted in my purse.
I asked to see store’s video surveillance camera record – I was not on it . Came back to see Manager but video had been altered – showing me wearing a coat which I was not wearing that day. (Igo to the store fairly often).

The Clinton apology is actually for the Human Radiation Experiments. The documents released relating to MKULTRA were bad enough, but not nearly as damaging as what happened in the Human Radiation Experiments.

The video may have been mislabeled as part of a disinfo campaign to get people not to pay attention to what Clinton was apologizing for.
