Once upon a time my voice was heard at the UNESCO and how yours could too !

I'm very sensitive to the subject of economics development especially in third countries because though I'm french, I do come originally from an under-developped country by escaping a war. But I'm not gullible when some politicians / Big Business pretend to help the third world whereas in reality they just conned a pretext to pump money from their citizens and that "often, the money would simply be transferred from one bank account in Washington, D.C., to another one in New York or San Francisco" [see Confessions of an Economic Hit Man] and that aftermath the poor country will have to pay exponential financial interest on the contracted debt.

So one day at the beginning of the Internet, when there was no DSL and that Internet was horribly slow and costfull, I heard on a radio that a report from UNESCO suggested to tax each Mb of Internet a huge sum so that People in the third world could have the Internet also. Well it happens that at that time I owned a financial website (It was just a hobby I have given up since) with about 1500 subscribers in my mailing list, among them a few financial journalists. So I sent a newsletter in which I wrote I suspected this report was probably under the lobbying of the Telecom Industries.

One of the journalist enquired and he discovered that indeed my intuition was right: the report was written under the influence of an engineer of Deutsche Telecom. The UNESCO had then to make a public excuse on the french business radio BFM :)

Since the publication of Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, that kind of schemes has been revealed to be very common but I didn't need to read it and guess how they mount their financial scams at the expense of the people on both sides of developped and under-developped countries.

Nothing can prevent you to do the same and you should because the so-called (tax-exempt) foundations are just part of the propaganda machine from the super-elites like the Rockfeller/Elites think tank Club of Rome & CFR which pretend today to promote solutions for environment for example whereas Environment will go worse because they will make it more and more costfull to protect it and they will pump Global tax for that.

Environment is about Quality and true Quality should cost less and less (as a result of continuous improvment): that's the first lesson I've learned from Quality Guru Edwards Deming (just read his books).
